Enthusiastic about the stories his father tells him of Easter Island, Mampato decides to visit the island and learn more about its mysteries.
Together with his friend, Ogú, a pleasant cave-dweller, he goes back in time and space heading for the mythic island. There, they get to know a small villager girl, Marama, who is their host, guide and companion in their wild adventures.
