New parents Molly and Brad are still trying to adjust to life with a newborn. Molly in particular is struggling with her new role as a stay-at-home mom. With Brad gone for days at a time during his 72-hour shifts at the fire department, Molly is crumbling under the stress of raising six-month-old Ava on her own. She joins a support website for new moms where she meets Beth, who is just the confidant that she so desperately needs. At first Beth is a godsend, constantly at the house helping; but the more time Beth spends with Molly and Ava, the more intrusive her behavior becomes rising to a very possessive state. The situation starts to come to a head as Beth's true motives surface, revealing a dark history that puts both Molly and her daughter in serious danger.
