Jessica, in her thirties and recently widowed, decides to start over and move back home with her son. But her plan goes awry when she discovers that her family home has been sold to a handsome man named Michael. While Jessica and Michael vie for ownership of the house, sparks being to fly. Jessica thinks she's not ready for a man in her life, but with the help of her family, some luck and a very special dog, she finally sees the blessings right in front of her.
