When one of three thieves is wounded during a jewelry heist, the trio seeks help from a local doctor. The two male fugitives are desperate to flee the scene, but the woman is so severely hurt that the doctor convinces them to leave her in his care. The two men soon realize they left the stolen diamonds behind, but when they return the diamonds are nowhere to be found. They take the doctor and his family hostage. but they don't realize the doctor is ready to fight back.
