Molly Allen is on the path her father always wanted for her, the one that leads her to take over his company. Having left college, Ryan Kelly and Franklin, Tennessee years before, it would take a terrible accident of a beloved bookstore owner to bring her back. Returning to Franklin, Molly comes face to face with her past when she runs into Ryan. The two unite with other townspeople to help save the local bookstore, The Bridge, from closing.
